Building #1
This 16,160
square foot Stran-Steel warehouse was constructed in 1960 with a new
roof in 1996. It is 80 wide and 202 in length running north - south.
It is of arch span construction and its floor space is not hindered by
any internal supports.
The building is well lit by 18 sky lights and does not require
illumination during daylight hours but is equipped with 6 mercury vapor
flood lights for night time use.
All four sides of the building are accessible by 10 wide doors. The
south end of the building is at ground level and has a ramped 16 wide
by 12 long truck dock. The west side has a 16 by 16 truck dock and
the east side has a 16 wide dock abutting a Gulf Colorado and San Saba
rail spur. The north door is serviced by ramps both east and west for
foot traffic and for forklift use.
Floor space within the building is completely open except for a 4
square Fairbanks Morse floor scale capable of weighing up to 1600 pounds
which is situated next to the west door.
The building has two 120v receptacles next to the scales but if heavy
power is required, 240/480v is within 60 of the northwest corner.
The floors, walls, and structure of this building are in excellent
condition. The doors are fair but in functional condition.

Building #2
This warehouse is of conventional steel
construction measuring 130 by 110 (14,300 SF) with two 10 x 12
doors. It was constructed in 1968 with a new roof in 1996.
The north door is serviced by a loading ramp and 12 wide single truck
dock. There is a second 10 x 12 door at the southeast corner of the
building that is accessible by foot or by forklift. A larger door could
be installed on the south side of this building for vehicle traffic as
this side of the building is at ground level.
Floor space is completely open except for 12 roof supporting poles
spaced evenly throughout the building. Five ground level windows are
present at the northeast corner of the warehouse.
Abundant sky lights provide substantial illumination during day time
hours. There is minimal electric lighting but the building is serviced
with 120/240v power. 480v is available within 60 feet of the southeast
corner of the building.
The floors, walls, doors and structure are in excellent condition.

Building #3
This Stran Steel warehouse was constructed in
1960 and with a new roof in 1996. It is 100 wide and 202 long oriented
north - south (20,200 SF). It is an arch span design with totally open
floor space and no internal support to hinder use of space or movement.
This building has three 10 x 12 doors. The north door is accessible by
foot only. The south door has an inside ramp leading to a truck dock
that is 100 in width. The east door gives access to an adjacent
building.
Sky lights provide good day time lighting. Electric illumination is
minimal with only a single strand of bulbs down the center of the
building.
The floors and structure of this building are excellent. Doors are
functional but are aged. Walls have an occasional small hole.

Building #4
This Stran Steel building was constructed in 1963
and measures 200 x 200 (40,000 sq. ft. ). It is of conventional design
with totally open floor space with the exception of 27 internal roof
support poles and a 4 x 4 Toledo floor scale with a capacity of 1600
pounds that is situated next to the east door.
There are three 10 x 12 doors. The west side door of building gives
access to a 10 x 10 single truck dock which is at pick-up level
approximately 30 above the ground. The east side door giving access to
a 100 loading dock and a north door which opens to the adjacent
property accessible only by foot.
There are two doors on the south side of the warehouse at ground level.
One approximately 4 x 8 for foot traffic and one 20 wide by 14 tall
for vehicles up to eighteen wheelers.
The building is well lit during day light hours by sky lights but
minimally lit at night by a single strand of bulbs and three mercury
vapor flood lights. Additionally, the southeast corner of the warehouse
has five ground level windows.
The building is serviced by 120/240v, natural gas, and water.
Structurally in good condition, good roof, walls have an occasional
hole.

Building #5
This warehouse is 50 wide and 200 long (10,000
sq. ft.) built in 1957 with a new roof in 1996. It is constructed of
corrugated metal and wood, including the floor.
The floor space is totally open and is well lit by sky lights, but only
marginally lit by three mercury vapor floodlights.
The building has two doors. The south doors is 8 by 8 and accesses
building #6. The west door is 10 by 10 and access building #3.
This warehouse is serviced by 120/240v.
Floor, walls, roof, and doors are in good condition. Some windows need
replacing.

Building #6
This old wood
structure was constructed circa 1903 with a new roof in 1996. It is 200
long by 80 wide and was originally used for cotton seed storage which
accounts for the height (40 ft.) of the building. It has a restroom, breakroom, various bins, and about 60% of its floor space is open
except for supporting wood structure.
The warehouse has a 10 x 8 sliding door on the south side accessing
the parking lot. A 10 x 12 door accessing a 100 dock on the west
side, and an 8 x 8 door on the north side accessing building #5.
The building is serviced by 120, 240, 480v, natural gas, and water. It
has sufficient sky lights for day time use. Some areas are well lit for
night time use while others are not.
This building is structurally sound but in fair condition and in need of
some repairs.

Building #7
This area encompasses 38,620 sq. ft. which was
formally a wool processing operation. It is roofed with semi-transparent
tuffspan plastic and the majority of the supporting structure is
galvanized steel and aluminum. It is well ventilated and well lit with
mercury vapor flood lights for night time use.
There are four existing boilers (3 x 150 hp, 1 x 300 hp) and a large
volume water softening system still within the building.
The building is equipped with two Toledo floor scales (1600 lb. cap.),
two restrooms, a breakroom, two labs, various sub-enclosures, and there
are multiple access doors on all sides to accommodate foot traffic,
forklifts, or small vehicles.
Natural gas, 120, 240, 480v power, city water and private well water is
currently available in this building.
The east side of this building abuts a Gulf Colorado San Saba rail spur.

Building #8
Former shop of three interconnected buildings with
a combined 3,621 square feet of open floor space. Multiple 120 and 240
outlets to accommodate welders and power tools.
Fans, heaters, and substantial lighting is present. Building is equipped
with 12 x 12 doors on both west and east side allowing vehicular
through traffic.
The older part of these building is wood and corrugated tin
construction. The construction of the remainder is all steel and in
