Everything you need to run this ranch is there. Two large storage rooms

Comments.
This ranch is something really special with high fences in great
condition and the facilities in the 5 star range. The owner’s house is
4 bedrooms, 3 baths, huge lounge, dining room, kitchen, large pantry,
trophy room, office and laundry to round out this 4,300 square foot
home. The backyard has beautiful flowers and large trees with a
swimming pool. This home and all the buildings on this ranch have a
thatched roof which is the custom in this country.
This ranch has a 3,400 square foot, 2 story lodge, with 2 bedrooms, bath,
kitchen, dining area, bar, large lounge, trophy room and high ceiling to
hang your mounts in. There is a wide wrap around porch with hand carved
supports. The grounds are landscaped and in perfect shape.
In between the lodge and the chalets is a large patio where you can sit
around the fire and sip your favorite beverage and enjoy the scenery
while they cook your meal.
I personally have hunted this ranch two different times and was very
pleased with the results and quality of the game taken by me and my
friends. On my first hunt, one of my party took a 63 inch Kudu, a 37
inch Gems Buck, a 31 inch Waterbuck to list a few of the better
animals. This ranch was recommended to me 12 years ago by a world class
big game broker and I finally got to try it out in 2004 and again in
2008, and I will go back in 2010.
Another great feature of this ranch is the fact the owner would like to
lease it back from the buyer and pay by the kill. This would bring the
owners a guaranteed income in the 25% profit range over expenses.
