Location. This ranch is  located in a very pretty part of Comanche County, with a hard top entrance not far from town.

Terrain. This ranch is blessed with rolling hills, great views and very nice home sites. Comments. A ranch of this quality is hard to find this close to the Dallas metro-plex. It would be a great place for a group of horse people or hunters or a combination of both. Includes a paved road.
