Rawley Curry	Rawley Curry was born and raised in Texas. He moved to Brady in 1983 to run cattle and operate Trammel Crow Wildcat Ranch. He did a hitch in the Navy in the 60's and has been ranching and outfitting for 35 years. Rawley has been selling real estate for 22 years. He is married with 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
DeLaine Carlson	DeLaine Carlson was born and raised in Brady and McCulloch County, a graduate of Rochelle High School and the Institute of Organizational Management in Colorado Springs, CO. She has been involved in numerous organizations including the American Cancer Society, McCulloch County Historical Theater Society, McCulloch County Industrial Foundation, Tourist and Convention Board and the site-based committee for Brady ISD. DeLaine's background includes 20 years of marketing sales with 5 years as the Executive Vice President of the Brady/McCulloch County Chamber of Commerce. DeLaine is a single mom with three awesome children and enjoys all that the "true" Heart of Texas has to offer.
Kirk Roddie	Kirk Roddie was born and raised in Brady, Texas. He obtained his BBA in Business Administration from Angelo Statue University. Kirk is a veteran of the first Gulf War. He is the past president of Roddie Wool Scouring Co., Inc. He is the current owner of Roddie Discount Propane, Roddie Fencing Supply and Roddie Warehousing and Storage. Past community involvement includes: Brady McCulloch County Chamber of Commerce (6 years), McCulloch County Appraisal District (10 years), Heart of Texas Memorial Hospital Board (6 years), McCulloch County Industrial Foundation (4 years), McCulloch County Historic Museum (current).
Mike Barbour	Mike Barbour is the Broker and co-owner of Cross Bar Land Co. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Mike worked for the Texas A&M University system for 18 years as a County Agricultural Agent. He received a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Economics from A&M, and a Master's Degree in Ag Science from Texas A&M - Commerce. Mike is an active member of Brady Community Church and several men's groups.
Phyllis Barbour	Phyllis Barbour is a co-owner of Cross Bar Land. She has a background in finance, having been the assistant cashier at a bank in west Texas, and having worked for a C.P.A. firm in Florida, prior to that. Phyllis was also director of the women's shelter in Brady. Together Mike and Phyllis have three adult children and one beautiful granddaughter, plus another grandbaby on the way.
Karla Joy Pullen	Karla Joy Pullen grew up on a ranch in Mason, Texas. During her husband's 20 year career with the United States Navy, they lived in California, Japan, South Carolina, Texas and Maryland. Karla worked with real estate attorneys in three different states, first as a legal secretary, then later as a paralegal. Karla and her husband are very active in Menard Cowboy Church. She is a past President of the Naval Wives Club of America and has just resigned after 5 years as the Municipal Judge for the City of Menard. She is currently President of the Board of Directors for the Menard County Hospital District and also President of the Menard Businesswomen's League. She and her husband have two children and four grandchildren. Karla is the managing agent of the Cross Bar office in Menard.
