Wow!  It is difficult to know where to begin when describing this home and acreage.  This 2400 sq. ft. manufactured home sits atop a hill which allows for incredible long range views.  There is an electric gate at the highway with a key pad combo so you don’t need to be worrying about unwanted traffic.  The road to the home is a very good road, and serves as a natural boundary line for the subdivision of this property.   The property has been surveyed into three separate parcels in case a person would be interested in future  sub-dividing.  Some new interior cross fencing exists, but where it does not, cross fencing lines have been drawn.  Two parcels already have water and electric on site, the third parcel has both water and electric available.
