Just outside of town, we have a beautiful Austin Stone home with metal roof, wrap around porch, carport, metal barn & mare stalls.  On the acreage there is a stock pond as well as a small Pecan orchard.

This home is beautifully maintained, inside and out.  It is laid out in the modern open concept design, allowing the “chief cook and bottle washer” to partake in the fun even though she is in the kitchen preparing the food.  An island with additional storage beneath makes for easy food preparation.  There is also an electrical outlet on the island.   The countertops are tile, there is a built in microwave, a cook-top and a double oven as well as a dishwasher.  A nice touch that so many newer homes leave out, it the window over the kitchen sink.

The master bedroom has a very large walk-in closet, large bath, and plenty of windows to let the light shine in.  It also has a door that opens to the outside porch.  This home does have a split arrangement so that the master is on one side of the home while the other bedrooms are at the other end of the home.  There is carpeting in two of the bedrooms.  The other bedroom is currently an office, but could easily be changed to a third bedroom as it does have a closet.

The master bath has plenty of room.  The walls have recently been painted, and new tile laid.  The hardware is top of the line, Pfister fixtures.  The shower is large with a sit down bench and swing out glass door.  An additional feature is the light in the shower.
