Location. In northwest McCulloch County, this place is 19 miles northwest of Brady and 2.7 miles west of the farming village of Lohn. It is within an hour’s drive east of San Angelo.
Terrain. The terrain is level to gently sloping. There are views of the “Brady Mountains” ridgeline to the south. The seasonal creek has native trees and brush, primarily mesquite. The majority of the acreage is grassland, well suited for horses or livestock, and for bird hunting.
